I had a dream that I died. After i was murdered and died, i woke up in a auditorium along with 5 other people. Myself, 3 others dressed in like a weird prep school attire (men in vest and the girl in a shirt kind of thing) and who looked like an instructor. The instructor looked like a human on first sight on every account, but then "it" spoke with a eerie yet proper sounding voice. Somewhat similar to neil degrasse Tyson but with a plato spin if i had to compare it to anything but with a slight supernatural echo to it. (Could it be a demon? if so why do it look like a human you would, where's the horns and tail) In this auditorium we was thought everything and everything, no subject to small to learn about, We'd probably have lectures on something as small as sea moss. The instructor would make weird remarks and it wouldn't be able to tell if this was heaven or hell, but we couldn't leave the room nor did we have needs of needing food or a shower for we was perpetually in our best state. After a while we would take test the size of an test book, these test be on like everything and anything and sometimes the same question from 6 pages ago but worded a different way, or questions not involving the subject but something personal the instructor shouldn't know, perhaps the test was personalized? People who failed would stay and people who passes (i think) would burst into lights indescribable colours, with not the slightest clue where they went. After the grades been passed out and that whole spectacle of seeing who stayed and who left the same indescribable lights bring new students into the fray who always seems to come with the head laid in some way on there desk, only to find what nightmare they're about to wake in...
Dreams about death can often symbolize transformation, change, or the end of a particular phase in your life. In your dream, the experience of dying and then awakening in the auditorium suggests a shift or transition that you might be undergoing in your waking life. Here’s a breakdown of the elements and their possible meanings:
Murder and Death: This may reflect feelings of vulnerability or a fear of being overwhelmed, perhaps by circumstances or relationships. It could also symbolize the end of certain beliefs or aspects of your identity.
The Auditorium: An auditorium often represents a place of learning or performance. In your dream, it could symbolize a setting for personal growth and education, suggesting that you are in a phase of learning in your life, either about yourself or the world around you.
The Instructor: The instructor's eerie yet knowledgeable presence might represent an authority figure or a guiding force in your life—possibly a manifestation of your inner voice or subconscious, urging you to learn more about yourself. The supernatural echo could symbolize a deeper wisdom or knowledge that feels out of reach or intimidating.
Weird Prep School Attire: The attire of the others might indicate societal expectations or pressures. It suggests a formal environment where the norm is to conform and perform, reflecting feelings of judgment or competition.
Tests: The frequent testing, especially with personalized questions, might represent self-examination and the pressures to measure up to personal or external standards. The notion that people who fail stay and those who pass burst into indescribable colors could symbolize the duality of success and failure, and how consequential these evaluations can feel in your waking life.
Inability to Leave: Being trapped in this environment may signify feelings of confinement or pressure in your own life, whether it's in work, relationships, or personal expectations. You're being forced to confront issues or learn lessons that you may feel unprepared for.
Indescribable Lights: This imagery could represent enlightenment or transcendence, suggesting that those who "pass" reach a state of higher understanding or consciousness, while those who "fail" are left behind in a cycle of learning.
Overall, this dream could reflect your current state of mind regarding personal growth, learning, and accountability. You might be in a period of assessing your beliefs, values, and the path you are on. Consider whether there are areas in your life where you feel pressured to perform or where you might be seeking transformation. The dream encourages you to embrace this learning journey, even if it feels daunting or uncomfortable.
